Extremely fast method of making a roast chicken. Tastes great, very moist. Juices great for gravy.

Ingredients For fast roast chicken

    whole chicken
  • 4
    small onions
  • 3
    medium potatoes
  • 1
    kumara
  • 2
    carrots
  • 300 g
    pumpkin
  • 25 ml
    cooking oil
  • pinch
    salt, pepper, mixed herbs

How To Make fast roast chicken

  • 1
    Cut chicken in half lengh ways. Peel and cut veges. Leave onions whole. Heat electric frying pan to medium/ 5-7 ish. Add oil. Place chicken in flat sides down, season. Add potatoes n onion, cook 10 mins with lid on. Add rest of veges, cook another 40 mins , turn if desired.
