easy honey-pineapple chicken

Very tasty, hawaian flavored chicken. Can you tell I love chicken? This make take awhile to marinade, but, it's worth it! And grilling the chicken just brings about a smokiness that's so yummy!

Ingredients For easy honey-pineapple chicken

  • 1/2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 12
    chicken drumsticks

How To Make easy honey-pineapple chicken

    In saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for 15 mins. Cool

    Place chicken in lg plastic resealable bag. Pour in marinade. Refrigerate 6 hrs. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.

    Oil grill grates on grill. Place grill on medium heat. Arrange chicken on grill racks. Cover. Grill for 45 mins, turning occasionally, brushing w/ marinade the last 30 mins.
