When all my kids were at home this was a crowd pleaser for sure. Quick and easy . I could never get away with just 1 pan though not with 4 kids that love to eat.... especially Chicken. I have made this with different kinds of Creamy soups as well as different kinds of shredded cheese. This can be made with Chicken, Trukey leftovers, Ham and even tried it with hamburger. Lets just say I had no left overs of this dish...

Ingredients For crowd pleasing chicken cassarole
- CROWD PLEASING CHICKEN CASSAROLE

1 small pkgfresh chicken tenders

1 lb pkgfrozen hashbrowns

1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 cancream of celery soup undiluted

1 ptsour cream
-
1 1/2 ccheese, shredded any kind you like

2 ccrushed cornflakes
-
1 tspmelted butter
How To Make crowd pleasing chicken cassarole

1cook the chicken tenders till done. Dice them up. Set aside.

2In Large mixing bowl add hash browns, soups, sour cream,and shredded cheese. Mix well. ( my daughter lets her hash brown un-thaw a bit to make the mixing easier)Mix in your diced chicken

3spread in a 13x9 pan press it down evenly.Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top. Drizzle the butter over the corn flakes

4place in oven at 350 for 45 min. When you remove it let it stand for 5 min before serving
