This is a recipe I came up with for a Luau Party for my Sunday School class. It tastes great over white rice.

    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 5 Tbsp
    teriyaki sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/4 c
    cornstarch
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple(drain half of juice)
  • 1 can
    mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 1
    bouillon cube (chicken)

How To Make crockpot hawaiian chicken

  • 1
    Cut chicken into small cubes. In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in canola oil; transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender.

    If the dish appears to be a little runny, you may add more cornstarch up to an additional 2 tbls, as needed. Serve over rice or noodles.
