Ingredients For citrus chicken

4medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1/4 clemon juice

2 Tbsporange juice
-
2 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspcooking oil
-
1 tspsugar

1/2 tspdried oregano, crushed
How To Make citrus chicken

1Rinse chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a plastic bag and set in a shallow dish.

2Combine juices, oil, sugar, and oregano in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.

3Broil on unheated rack of broiler pan 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and brushing occasionally with marinade during first half of cooking.

4Serve with zesty squash and pasta.
