So this was one of those recipes that I made up when someone was coming to dinner and I hadn't pulled anything out of the freezer to thaw.

Ingredients For chik-n-chokes

1 pkgfrozen artichoke hearts

4boneless chicken breasts
-
2 ccremini or portabello mushrooms
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 csour cream
-
1+1/2 csharp cheddar cheese

1 Tbspmontreal chicken seasoning
How To Make chik-n-chokes

1Pre-heat oven to 350

2Thaw chicken breasts only to the point that they may be easier to cut.

3Cut chicken into artichoke sized pieces.

4If necessary, cut mushrooms into artichoke sized pieces

5In a large bowl add all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese.

6Mix thoroughly.

7Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray

8Pour mixture into pre-greased casserole dish.

9Top with reserved cheese.

10Bake for 1 hour.

11Serve over rice or noodles.
