Ingredients For chicken saute

5 lbchicken pieces

1/4 cdry white wine

2 Tbsprosemary

6sage leaves, fresh

5garlic cloves, chopped
-
2green bell peppers, sliced in rings

2onions, cut into quarters

1/4 colive oil
-
12mushrooms, thinly sliced

salt and freshly ground pepper
How To Make chicken saute

1Saute the chicken in oil until golden.

2Add mushrooms, garlic, onions, pepper, sage and rosemary.

3Saute until veggies start to soften.

4Add salt, pepper and wine.

5Simmer on low heat about 25 minutes.

6If wine and vegetable juices start to evaporate while cooking add chicken broth.
