I received a pressure cooker as a wedding present. My parents used their pressure cooker occasionally, but not enough that I was comfortable using one. But, I hate being defeated because something is unknown to me, so one day I whipped out the instruction manual and made one of the recipes. The chicken was incredibly tender and the soup was equally tasty.
