This is a nice twist on chicken parmesan and so good.

Ingredients For chicken jack

  • 2
    chicken breasts halved
  • 1 pkg
    original shake and bake
  • 1 can
    24oz. hunts zasty and spicy pasta sauce
  • 2 c
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb
    box piccolini mini fusilli
  • 1 c
    sargento classic pepper jack shredded cheese

How To Make chicken jack

  • 1
    shake and bake chicken breasts, acording to the shake and bake directions.
  • 2
    Cook and drain pasta according to box directions.
  • 3
    Put pasta sauce and mushrooms in saucepan and cook until mushrooms are tender.

    Place pasta on plate and top with chicken, sauce and shredded cheese.
