I found this reciepe in one of my many cookbooks. And almost didnt want to try on my family. But it was a good thing i did. They enjoyed it.

butter
2 Tbsp

lemon juice
1\2 tsp

salt
3\4 tsp

paprika
1\8 tsp

pepper
2 clove

garlic
1 lg

How To Make chicken in lemon butter

Combine all of the ingredients except chicken in a large skeillet and mix well. Add chicken pieces and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender, turning pieces occaisonally. Romove the lid and allow the liquid to reduce to a sauce.
