I have not tried this recipe! But it sounds interesting so I decided to post it. I got it out of a cookbook put out by Southern Living magazine, so despite the rather odd combination of ingredients, it just may taste better than it sounds! Ingredients For chicken delight

1frying size chicken, cut into pieces

all purpose flour
-
salt and pepper
-
1 ccatsup
-
3/4 ccola
How To Make chicken delight

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Coat chicken pieces with flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Place in a 13 x 2 x 9 inch pan. Combine catsup and cola, pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for about 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
