Just tossed this together for lunch today. It was yummy! I hope you will like it, too :)

Ingredients For chicken & craisin salad sandwich

  • 3
    chicken tenders; cooked, cooled & diced
  • 1/3-1/2 c
    craisins
  • 1/2
    celery stalk, finely diced
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard (more or less to your liking)
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise, light (more or less to your liking)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • bread of your choice (i used pita)
  • garnish of your choice, if wanted

How To Make chicken & craisin salad sandwich

  • 1
    Mix together all ingedients (except bread and garnish) in a medium size bowl.

    Place on the bread of your choice and garnish, if desired.
