I love dishes that can be eaten at any time of the day like chicken and waffles. The whipped cinnamon vanilla butter gives this dish a special touch. If you have a difficult time deciding whether you want something savory or sweet, then this is the perfect recipe for you. Enjoy!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These chicken and waffles were a hit in the kitchen! Soaking the chicken in the buttermilk makes the chicken tender. Paprika and garlic seasoning in the batter is the perfect contrast to the sweet syrup. The waffles fluff up perfectly and are crisp on the outside but soft inside. We really loved the cinnamon butter. It's something different and a nice touch. This is hearty enough to have any time of day... breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! If you've never made chicken and waffles before, this is a great recipe to try.
