1 pkg(8 ounces) uncooked fettuccine

1 Tbspmargarine

1 chalf and half
-
1 pkg(8 ounces) cream cheese,cubed

1 can(10-3/4 ounces) cheddar cheese soup,undiluted

1 csliced fresh mushrooms
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
3/4 cgrated asiago cheese

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cshredded colby jack cheese
-
3/4 cshredded swiss cheese
-
3/4 ccrumbled blue cheese
-
3/4 cshredded white cheddar cheese
-
5 csliced roasted chicken (any kind)
- TOPPING

3/4 cpanko bread crumbs

3 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

3/4 cshredded mild cheddar cheese

2 Tbspmargarine,melted
How To Make cheesy meltdown chicken casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-1/2 qt. baking dish.

2Cook fettuccine according to package directions: drain.

3Heat margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Combine half and half, cubed cream cheese, soup, garlic powder, sliced mushrooms, and cheeses; cook and let it simmer for 8 minutes until cheeses melted. Remove from heat.

4Add sliced roasted chicken and cooked fettuccine; stir well until combined. Transfer to a baking dish.

5In a smal bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan and cheddar cheese and melted margarine; whisk together until blended.

6Sprinkle topping mixture over chicken mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

7Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
