Ingredients For asian-style chicken thighs w/ slaw.

  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 2-1/2 lb
    bone-in skinless chicken thighs
  • 1
    12 oz bag broccoli slaw
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    each salt & pepper

How To Make asian-style chicken thighs w/ slaw.

    Heat oven to 400. Set chicken in shallow baking dish. In small saucepan, stir together ketchup, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook over med-high until bubbling. Remove 3 tbsp sauce and set aside. Baste chicken w/ sauce and place in oven. Cook 5- 10 min. Baste chicken again and cook another 20 min, basting often, until chicken juices run clear. Stir together in bowl, reserved sauce, broccoli slaw, rice-wine vineagr, salt & pepper. Serve slaw w/ chicken.
