I have made this recipe for my family for years...It is very easy..not a lot of ingreidients, but oh so tasty...My hubby always welcomes this dish when I tell him what is for dinner.

Ingredients For pork chop & potato casserole

    pork chops (center cut, thin)
  • 6 md
    potatoes, medium
  • 2 lg
    onions, vidalia, peeled
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • dash
    pepper
  • dash
    salt

How To Make pork chop & potato casserole

    Pan sear the pork chops just to brown, Do not over cook. They will cook in the oven

    Slice potatoes to make thin round slices Slice onions to make rings
  • 3
    In a 9x13 casserole, arrange 1/2 of the potatoes to cover bottom of casserole. arrange 1/2 of onions over potatoes. Generously salt & pepper the layer. Pour 1/2 of the soup over the layer. Repeat the layer again. Arrange the pork chops on top. Cover with lid or foil.

    Bake 60 mins @ 400 degrees or until potatoes are tender.
