Ingredients For teacherman's hamburger & potato casserole

2 lbground beef

2 cansliced potatoes

1onion, chopped

1green pepper, cut into slices

1 cantomato soup

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make teacherman's hamburger & potato casserole

1Turn on oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, saute onion for two minutes with a little EVOO, then add the ground beef and cook on medium until no longer pink.

2Add green pepper, potato slices, and tomato soup. Flavor with salt and pepper.

3Sprinkle with parsley.

4Turn into greased casserole dish and bake for 50 min.-1 hour.
