Ingredients For taco salad

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    lipton's onion soup mix
  • 16 oz
    taco chips
  • 1 c
    grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch
    red leaf lettuce
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch
    califlower
  • 2 lg
    tomatoes
  • 2 lg
    avocados
  • 10 oz
    bean sprouts, fresh

How To Make taco salad

    Cut up all the veggies into a nice large salad bowl.

    Cover the salad with taco chips.
  • 3
    Cover the taco chips with the grated cheese.
  • 4
    Brown ground beef & add package of onion soup mix to it. Let this simmer for about 10 minutes until meat is all browned. Now carefully pour the ground beef mixture over the cheese.

    Serve salad while meat is still hot. Cheese should have melted through to the salad & softened the chips. Add your favorite salad dressing & enjoy.
