This recipe is sooooo easy and fast! It was one of my kids favorites when they were young. A good ulturnative to taco's for a little different taste! So fast and easy for Mom. It's your main dish with veggies, bread and all you need is your drink and a quick desert. Enjoy and let me know how they like this one !! :-))))

Ingredients For taco bake

1jiffy corn muffin mix
-
1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning

1 pkggrated cheese - we like sharp

2 cshredded lettuce

2tomatoes - diced
-
1onion - diced

1 smsour cream
How To Make taco bake

1Mix juffy mix according to pkg. directions and then bake in a square 10 x 10 pan for 7 minutes. While baking this, brown the Beef in a medium skillet and then add the pkg. of Taco Seasoning. When the Jiffy Mix has baked add the Beef Mixture on top of the baked corn mix and top with the grated cheese. Bake for another 7 minutes.

2When the above pan of corn/beef mixture has finished baking, let it cool slightly. Then cut out a serving and add the diced lettuce, tomatoe and onion on top. Top it off with sour cream, eat up!
