Ingredients For swiss steak

  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 can
    mushroom soup (large can)
  • 1 can
    tomato soup (large can)
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1 lg
    green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4 lb
    beef round steak

How To Make swiss steak

  • 1
    brown beef round steak,chop onion and green pepper, mix together mushroom soup, tomato soup, onion, green pepper, ketchup and worcestershire sauce together in crock pot. When meat is brown add to mixture. Set crock pot on medium and let cook all day. will be very tender,.
