Ingredients For sweet and sour beef over rice

2 lbbeef chuck, boneless and cut in 1 inch cubes

4carrots, diagonally sliced

1 tspsalt

1 cwater

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cred wine vinegar

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 cketchup

1 lgonion, chopped

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 tsppepper

2 tspsalt

2/3 call purpose flour

How To Make sweet and sour beef over rice

1Mix together flour, salt and pepper and dredge meat cubes in mixture.

2In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil and brown beef cubes.

3Place browned beef in the slow cooker.

4Add remaining ingredients except for carrots.

5Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

6Add carrots and cook on low 1 1/2 hours or on high for 30 minutes.

7Serve over rice or noodles.
