well i have a large family and on a budget got a beef roast for 5 bucks. and it was left overs. my kids loves this..!

How To Make smack down roast

1bake: at 350:,rinse roast! season salt,black pepper,dry mustard, green peppers,place in oven 4 hrs.

22: 1/2- hrs after in the oven add carrots onions,water chestnuts/..

3baked another half hr... then add onion soup mix cook another 1 hr... then serve.
