sloppy joe tacos

I was trying to figure out what to make for dinner. I had taco shells, but was bored with normal tacos. I had sloppy joe mix, but no buns or sliced bread. I had a bunch of leftover Taco Bell sauce packets. And I was bored. :D This is what came of it!

Ingredients For sloppy joe tacos

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    sloppy joe mix
  • 3 pkg
    taco bell fire sauce
  • 1 pkg
    taco bell mild sauce
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 can
    corn and peppers, drained
  • 1 box
    dozen taco shells

How To Make sloppy joe tacos

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and prepare sloppy joes as directed on can. Mix in Taco Bell sauce packets. Season mixture with taco seasoning and chili powder. Stir in corn. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Prepare taco shells as directed on box.

    Fill warmed shells with meat mixture. Top with desired ingredients (e.g. Shredded lettuce, Sour Cream, diced tomatoes, Mexican Blend cheese)
