Ingredients For renegade ribeyes

  • 2
    ribeye steaks
  • lime juice
  • lemon juice
  • seasoning salt
  • paprika
  • montreal seasoning
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 c
    diced green peppers
  • minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onions
  • butter
  • vegetable oil

How To Make renegade ribeyes

    First make a marinade by seasoning the ribeyes with seasoning salt, paprika, garlic salt and Montreal seasoning on each side. Place them on foil and add a few squirts of lemon juice and lime juice. Add a tsp. or two of minced garlic on top and wrap the steaks tightly in the foil.

    Allow 10 minutes in the fridge to seal in the juices. Remove the steaks from the fridge, add a little vegetable oil to a pan and cook on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove steaks and place them on a baking dish. Put in oven on 300 degrees.

    In that same pot add 2 pats of butter and add in the diced red onion and diced green peppers. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add another squirt of lemon and lime juice and place veggie mixture on top of steaks. Let bake for another 5 to 8 minutes (depending on your preference) Remove and enjoy!!
