This is a velveeta cheddar cheese steak sandwich with some flavor. Some make it with cheez whiz, but I love melted velveeta cheese on mine. It takes only 20 minutes at the most to make for dinner using the steak-umms. I like mine with mushrooms, which you can omit. This can also be served on a platter as an appetizer at parties, just slice the hoagie up into small slices and put in a toothpick and serve. Yumm-o!
