1/2 lbground veal

1/2 lbground pork

2.5 ccrushed cornflakes

2eggs

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspsage

1/2 cevaporated milk

1.5 cmashed potatoes
How To Make potato topped meat loaf

1Combine beef, veal, pork and cornflakes.

2Beat eggs, add to meat mixture with salt, sage and milk.

3Put into greased loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

4Unmold; frost with potatoes.

5Bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are browned.
