Ingredients For paleo meat loaf (gfcf)

1/2 tspdried sage

2 tspsea salt (optional)

2 tspdry mustard
-
1 tspfresh ground pepper
-
2 tspgarlic powder
-
2 tspchipotle chili powder
-
6-8 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 lgyellow onion, finely chopped
-
2 cred cabbage chopped
-
1/4 ccoconut milk
-
1 tsphot pepper sauce
-
2/3 calmond meal
-
2egg, beaten
-
3 lblean ground beef
-
1 cunsweetened barbecue sauce (optional), ketchup or tomato sauce
How To Make paleo meat loaf (gfcf)

1Preheat oven to 350° F.

2Combine all ingredients except ground beef and BBQ sauce in a large bowl, and mix.

3When well blended, add ground beef and combine together with a fork.

4Place mixture into 2 non-greased loaf pans or shape into 2 loaves on a non-greased baking pan.

5Pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf.

6Bake, uncovered, for 75-85 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160° F is reached (or until there is no pink in the center).

7Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
