Ingredients For no peek stew meat

  • 3 lb
    cut up stew meat
  • 1 pkg
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 10 oz
    lemon lime soda {don't use diet}
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup{small cans}

How To Make no peek stew meat

  • 1
    place ingredients in order listed in a oven proof pan with lid. If your pan doesn't have a lid seal with aluminum foil.Bake at 350 degrees for three hours.DO NOT PEEK.Meat will be fork tender and the soda and soup mix make a wonderful gravy.

    I serve this over wide egg noodles. Can also serve over mashed potatoes.
