I found this recipe in my Mom's old cookbook's she has since passed away. My Mom was a great cook from the country and cooked her homemade pies, goulsh, pot roast's and her speciality was her beef stew casseroles and the lists goes on... Enjoy this stew.

1Place all ingredients in a shallow roasting pan. Bake @ 250 for 4 hours. Keep covered during baking time....
