muffin pan mini meatloaves

These little meatloaves are so tasty and only require 30 min. of baking time. I like to pop them in my lunch bag to reheat at work. The seasoned stuffing mix (any flavor, even chicken) gives them a unique flavor. Great for kids!

Ingredients For muffin pan mini meatloaves

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    stove top stuffing
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 pinch
    cumin
  • 1 pinch
    garlic seasoning
  • 1/3 c
    bbcue sauce

How To Make muffin pan mini meatloaves

    Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking oil
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients together and press into 12 cup muffin pan. With a spoon create an indention on top of each meatloaf and fill with BBCue sauce.

    Bake for 30 minutes

    NOTE: If your not into BBCue sauce...Try using tomato sauce with shredded mozzarella top!
