Ingredients For mickey's brisket

    beef brisket (any size)
  • 4 pkg
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 4 c
    warm water
  • tony's creole seasoning

How To Make mickey's brisket

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Dissolve the soup mix in the water and pour into a large baking pan

    place brisket, fat side up in pan and completely cover brisket with tony's
  • 3
    Cover pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1hr per pound
