    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6 oz
    linguine
  • 5/8 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    minced dried onions
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • grated parmesan cheese

    Partially freeze beef, thinly slice across grain into bite-size strips.

    Combine water, vinegar, onion, pepper and red pepper.

    Marinate 15 minutes at room temperature.
