marninated beef shish kebabs

My father made this recipe a lot during the summer when I was growing up. The meat is best if marniated overnight- it gets very tender. It's a great and easy recipe!

Ingredients For marninated beef shish kebabs

  • 1-2 lb
    beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    worchesteshire sauce
  • 1/8 c
    mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely choped
  • assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby red potatoes (par boileed), zuccini, etc

How To Make marninated beef shish kebabs

  • 1
    Combine soy sauce, worchesteshire, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped garlic and pour over beef chunks. Marinate at least 3 hours (it is best if they marinate overnight)
  • 2
    Drizzle vegetables of choice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer with meat. Grill on medium high heat. This is best served medium rare-medium so meat does not get too chewy.
