This is a great grilling recipe for skewers. I can never seem to make enough!!!! You can also substitute chicken or pork.

Ingredients For korean beef bulgogi

  • 1 lb
    beef (stripped)
  • 6 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper (optional)
  • 1 pkg
    wooden skewers

How To Make korean beef bulgogi

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Thinly strip the beef about 1/4 inch thick. Place beef and marinade in a ziplock bag. Refrigerate for 24 hours turning bag a few times.

    Soak wooden skewers for an hour or two in water. Skewer beef and retain marinade. You will use it to coat while grilling skewers. Cook over medium fire on grill.
