My youngest son is my cook. This is his version of a meatloaf and it is even better than mine. We thought we would share.

Ingredients For kaleb's meatloaf

2 lbground beef
-
1 pkgdry onion soup mix
-
1 cdry bread crumbs
-
2eggs
-
2 Tbspmilk

1 smdiced onion
How To Make kaleb's meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix onion soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix well and let set about 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator covered.

3Add onions, ground beef, to refrigerated mix and need until well blended. Form into a loaf shape and put on a 13 x 9 cookie sheet.

4Put loaf in the oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done. Let set for 3 to 5 minutes and then cut and serve.
