How To Make italian beef

1Mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon oregano and the garlic.

2Pour over seasoned meat, slicing onion on top.

3Cover lightly; roast at 350 degrees 3 hours or until done.

4Slice when cool.

5Before serving, combine sauce ingredients; bring to boil.

6Cool 10 minutes, then add sliced beef.

7Serve on poorboy buns.
