14 ozbeef broth

1/4 csoy sauce

3 clovegarlic

1 tspcumin

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspground red pepper

1 lbbeef steak

6 mdbell peppers, red, yellow, or green, seeded, cut into strips

8flour tortillas

sour cream
-
salsa
How To Make guadalajara beef

1Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and ground red pepper in resealable plastic food storage bag; knead bag to combine. Add beef and seal. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

2Remove beef from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill beef over hot coals 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Grill bell peppers, 7 to 10 minutes or until tneder, turning once.

3Slice beef and serve with bell peppers, tortillas, sour cream, and salsa.
