My husband just loves this recipe, years ago long before we married, we used to flirt with each other and one night I ask him and his then girl friend over for dinner and this is what I made he just fell in love with it, she did too, and then a couple months later we found out she was still married to her husband so they called it off we got together and been happily married for 30 years now and every time I make this it takes us back and we just laugh and hold hands and laugh some more, I'm not sure if this is a good story or a bad story lol but it worked for us

1celery stock

2 or 3 lbbeef round steak

oz3 oz mushrooms

2 cangolden mushroom soup

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1 tspsalt and pepper

1 Tbspsour cream

1 tspseasoning salt

1cube steak, chop onion and celery add to skillet on med-high heat with about 2 tablespoons of oil, cook together until the meat is brown, add sliced mushrooms and seasonings stir well and top with a lid and simmer for about 1 hour the last 5 minutes add the sour cream and blend well,mean while cook your rice and serve - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
