Ingredients For ginger beef stir fry

1 lbtop sirloin steak

1/4 corange marmalade

1 qtsalad lettuce

1 lggreen bell pepper, chunked

1 Tbspfresh ginger root, finely chopped

1clove garlic, pressed

1 mdonions, sliced
-
3 mdcarrots, cut in 2 inch sticks

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 canwater chestnuts, drained

2 Tbspsoy sauce
How To Make ginger beef stir fry

1Serve at once.

2Thinly slice sirloin against grain in 1 inch wide strips.

3Cut each water chestnut in half.

4In a large skillet or wok, quickly brown sirloin in hot oil.

5Stir in chestnuts, carrots, onion, garlic and ginger until onion is soft.

6Stir in pepper and lettuce for one minute.

7Stir in marmalade and soy sauce.

8Cook, stirring about 2 minutes.
