Ingredients For easy sos/hamburger gravy

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 2 pkg
    buddig dried beef

How To Make easy sos/hamburger gravy

    fry your hamburger til no longer pink,drain off grease and sprinkle with flour all over til coated,mix altogether and add salt/pepper to taste and pour milk over the top(have to use your judgment on the amt. of milk to use,,,how thick u want it,,and let it come to a boil and keep stirring and maybe add some crushed beef bouillon into it for a beefier flavor and mix altogether well and serve over mashed potatoes/toast/rice..

    if u use the dried beef,,melt the butter in the pan and toss the dried beef around so it is well coated and sprinkle the flour all over and do as directed above,,can use either hamburger or dried beef,,,same directions for both..
