Every once in a while Eric likes something in the casserole or goulash area of the food chain. this was our last one. we really enjoyed it. we had it for three meals so it will easily serve 6-8 as Raptor also liked it and had her share minus the onions I could pick out.

Ingredients For easy mac

1 1/2 lbhamburger
-
1 jarfavorite speghetti sauce

1 mdonion diced
-
2/3 pkgnoodles (we used elbows)

1 qthome canned tomatoes
-
garlic powder, diced or both we like lots

1-2 tspchili powder
-
3/4 cparmesan cheese
-
1-2 cshredded cheese
-
pepper, salt to taste

1-2 tspsugar
How To Make easy mac

1Cook hamburger with onion and garlic until crumbled and done drain if needed. to that add the spaghetti sauce and the canned tomatoes minus most the water. Simmer with the seasonings, sugar and Parmesan cheese.

2in the meantime cook the noodles to el dente' and drain and stir then put in a casserole dish and cover with cheese and place in a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes until bubbling. remove and serve
