2 pounds ground beef

2 medium onions, chopped

2 bell peppers, seeded and chopped

1 can seasoned tomatoes, 28 oz

2 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz. each

1 cup water

2 1/2 t. chili powder

1 t. salt

1/2 t. garlic powder

1 t. olive oil

2 t. worcestershire sauce

1 cup raw rice
How To Make crock pot spanish hearty rice with beef

1In large skillet, brown meat in olive oil. Put all ingredients in corck pot. Mix well. Cover and cook for 7 hours. Serves 4 to 6 Hot!
