Ingredients For country harvest meatloaf

1 can(16 oz) diced tomatoes

1egg beaten

3 slicebread, cubed

1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic salt

2 Tbspmustard
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1small onion minced
-
1 cketchup
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 pkglipton onion soup mix
How To Make country harvest meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Take ground beef and break up in medium bowl. Add all of the ingredients (only half of the ketchup) and fold together to make sure that all of the ingredients are even throughout the meat.

3Shape into the loaf form that you want and place in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Take the rest of the ketchup and spread evenly on top of the meatloaf. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven 1 hour. For the last 15 minutes, uncovered.
