Ingredients For chow mein casserole

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken and rice soup
  • 2 2/3 cup peas
  • 2/3 cup liquid from peas
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups finely chopped celery
  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • chow mein noodles

How To Make chow mein casserole

  • 1
    Cook celery until tender.Brown onion and hamburger together.

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and then put into greased casserole with foil to seal it.

    Bake it 1 hour at 350.
  • 4
    Cover with chow mein noodles and bake additional 1/2 hour without cover.
