Ingredients For beef taco skillet

    flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    (10. 75 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 c
    salsa or picante sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    (4 oz) shredded cheese, divided

How To Make beef taco skillet

  • 1
    Toast tortillas until lightly browned. Cut into 1- inch pieces. In a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain.

    Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and 1/2 cup of cheese. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese.
