This was a recipe my mom used to make when I lived at home. I think it may be French. Maybe someone here knows. But in a way its somewhat like a beef stew type of dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients For beef bourguignonna

2 lbbeef (i'd say cut up in small pieces)

3-4 carrots chopped

1 ccelery, chopped

2 tsponions, sliced

2 cantomatoes i guess you can chose the size of the cans it doesn't specificy the size of the can

1 ctomato sauce

1 clovegarlic

3 Tbsptapioca

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 cburgandy
How To Make beef bourguignonna

1Cook above ingredients at 250* for 5 hours (covered). After 4 hours add 1 cup sliced water chestnuts, 1/2 pound mushrooms, and 2 pounds cubed potatoes.
