Ingredients For bedocks

  • 12 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg
    rhodes frozen dinner rolls (24 count)
  • 1 lb
    lean hamburger
  • 1 md
    yellow onion
  • 1
    head of green cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make bedocks

    Heat oven to 375 degree F. Thaw dough according to directions. Brown hamburger, season and add onion (chopped)and diced/sliced cabbage cook tell hamburger is cooked and onion & cabbage is soft.

    Using 2 rolls per Bedock, form one roll around cheese place 2nd roll a top and shape into a pocket and stuff cabbage mixture in and seal around edges and roll seal to bottom, place on baking sheet. Brush top of each with butter. Bake 15 minutes or until roll is browned.
