Note: When I have bananas that I know are ready to be frozen (outside is turning dark). Peel them, and place into individual bags. Some, I break up or slice up and freeze, some cut in half, some left whole. Each bag will contain 1 banana to avoid confusion, or if different, label it. These bags can then be placed into a large freezer bag to avoid any frost. It makes knowing that it is all done for you, you just reach in, grab a bag, plop into your blender with your other ingredients, pour into your glass and go.
