Ingredients For smmmmothie for 1

2 Tbspwalnuts (or pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)

2 Tbsprolled oats

3/4 cmilk or unsweetened milk substitute (coconut, rice, soy, etc.)

1/2 Tbspinstant espresso powder
-
pinchsalt
-
1/4 tspvanilla extract
-
1-2 Tbspreal maple syrup
-
2dried dates, pitted and cut up into small pieces

1/2 ccrushed ice, approximately
How To Make smmmmothie for 1

1Place the walnuts (or nuts of choice) and the rolled oats in a blender and PULSE until ground to a fine powder.

2Add all of the remaining ingredients (except for the crushed ice) and process until smooth. Now add the ice, and BLEND for 1 full minute. Note: the dates will not blend completely and you'll end up with little pieces of dates in the bottom of your glass. A sweet treat to look forward to!
