Ingredients For my smoothies

  • any amount
    fresh fruit: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, cherries,
  • any amount
    unsweetened frozen fruit: strawberries, mixed berries, peaches
  • any amount
    unflavored or flavored yogurt, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk or plain milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp
    protein powder, vanilla, unsweetened or chocolate
  • any amount
    fruit juice: orange, papaya, pineapple-orange
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar (with unsweetened fruit) or sweeener to equal 3 tb. sugar
